The Night shift Lead RN will provide direct supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and other non-licensed personnel assigned to unit. The RN will comply with all pharmaceutical polices, assess residents and make appropriate intervention, participate in care planning process and ensure that care plan is implemented consistently, comply with standards of professional documentation, communicate and manage the delivery of resident care in a respectful and dignified manner, and work effectively in a team environment while providing the highest quality of care.
The position will be on the Licensed Staff Weekend On-Call rotation and work Every Other Holiday. The typical schedule for the Full Time Lead RN on the Night shift is Sunday Night - Thursday Night 10PM-6AM.
We offer a $5,000 Sign On Bonus to RN's that is contingent on 64 committed hours worked per pay period.
