Title: Recruiter
Pay: $20 - $25/hr - This is a range. Depending on experience.
Full Time/Temporary
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: Albuquerque, NM - Downtown area

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the Company's recruitment strategy through talent identification, attraction, applicant assessment and through partnership development within supported business areas. Works with supervisors regarding the recruitment and selection of qualified candidates to meet the staffing requirements of the Company in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Supports initiatives and programs designed to achieve the Company's Talent acquisition, affirmative action, and diversity objectives. Participates in all phases of the recruiting cycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Post positions, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct behavioral based interviews to assess fit, perform compensation analysis, and negotiate candidate offers
Learn job responsibilities, skill requirements and “fit” attributes for assigned requisitions
Finds and develops authentically creative ways to articulate vision, values, and purpose of the Company to capture applicant attention
Ensures compliance with Federal and State laws governing recruitment, pre‑employment, and employment related matters
COMPETENCIES
High level of energy
Client focused ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Ability to proactively solve problems and to respond quickly to issues in a competent manner
Must be very proficient on all social media platforms and stay relevant and active on the platforms. Including; LinkedIn, Facebook, Insta, Twitter and others.
Strong work ethic and principles
Demonstrated experience recruiting, interviewing, and selecting talent for various positions
Working knowledge of recruiting management software and applicant tracking systems
Ability to effectively manage multiple position requisitions and recruiting tasks at one time
Understanding of affirmative action programs and the laws and regulations related to staffing and recruitment
