Office Coordinator Bilingual

DUTIES
Answering phones and greeting patients.
Assisting in filing duties.
Performing basic bookkeeping duties and compiling financial records.
Rerouting calls to appropriate people.
Answering inquiries about the company and helping organize office activities, envelope stuffing, and mailing.
Operating office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, voicemail systems, and personal computers.
Taking and delivering messages, sorting and distributing incoming mail.
Scheduling meetings and conference rooms, performing data entry.
Other duties as designated by the office manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum one year of previous medical front office experience, preferably in Family Practice or Rheumatology.
Excellent people and telephone skills and familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT coding, and knowledge of HMOs, PPOs and various insurance plans.
Excellent typing and math skills; ten-key touch proficiency; ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience with NextGen EPM/EMR is A+.
Bilingual proficiency.
