Support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation is up to date

Assist with administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Experience with
Google Suite and Outlook Calendar
is a plus
Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
