**Job Summary**
We are hiring an experienced **Mold Setter** to perform mold changes, machine setup, and process adjustments on injection molding machines to support safe, efficient production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and change molds on injection molding machines
+ Adjust molding parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, shot size)
+ Connect electrical, hydraulic, and cooling lines
+ Start machines and verify quality before production runs
+ Troubleshoot molding, tooling, and equipment issues
+ Perform basic preventative maintenance
+ Follow all safety procedures (LOTO, crane operation)
**Requirements**
+ 1-3+ years of mold setting or injection molding experience
+ Strong understanding of molding processes and materials
+ Ability to read setup sheets and troubleshoot issues
+ Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts (or willing to train)
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
