**Description**
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder to fabricate and weld structural steel assemblies. This role requires strong blueprint reading skills, precision welding, and experience working within tight tolerances.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret structural steel blueprints
Pass 3G 1" plate test per AWS D1.1 using FCAW
Layout, cut, fit, and weld structural steel within 1/16" tolerance
Cut miters and copes using hand torch
Drill holes and fabricate subassemblies
Operate or assist with overhead cranes and forklifts (certification required)
Unload, organize, and number steel per drawings
Verify alignment using lasers, levels, and measuring tools
Qualifications
Structural steel or related fabrication experience
FCAW welding experience (3G test required)
Ability to read blueprints and perform steel fit-up
Experience cutting, drilling, and assembling steel
Familiar with cranes, forklifts, and precision measuring tools

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
