in Plymouth, IN is seeking a skilled
Maintenance Technician
to support plant operations. This role is critical to maintaining production efficiency through advanced troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment repair.

diagnose issues and determine root causes
across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Experience with complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including motors, wiring, and control devices
Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Maintain and repair mechanical systems including gearboxes, conveyors, and motors
Complete preventative maintenance tasks (lubrication, alignment, wear checks, etc.)
Identify and report defective materials or unsafe conditions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Operate forklifts, hoists, and other equipment as needed
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete maintenance tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or technical school education required
Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (motors, circuits, controls)
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to read a tape measure (to 1/16”)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Additional Requirements
Knowledge of safety standards including lockout/tagout and general industrial safety
Familiarity with NFPA 70E standards is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to transition between shifts as needed
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
