Job Description
Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rentals. Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receives world‑class customer service and sales support. Responsibilities also include shuttling customers and ensuring vehicles are prepared for customer pick‑up, which includes cleaning vehicles, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.
Wages: $15.00 per hour
Qualifications
Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating ownership, accountability, and initiative. Applicants must possess all necessary audial, speaking, and communicating capabilities to complete the responsibilities above. Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting, climbing, driving, pushing and pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading. Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine is required.
