*New Burbank Clinic – Founding Clinician Opportunity*
We are expanding into Burbank and are seeking a *Licensed Clinical Psychologist* to join our new location. This is a unique opportunity to become a foundational member of a growing clinic backed by established systems, clinical standards, and strong administrative support.
As a founding clinician, you will help shape the culture of the Burbank clinic while working alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.

*Position Responsibilities*
* Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, CPT, ACT, CBT-I, and related approaches)
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments
* Develop individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary team members
* Provide clinical supervision for Psychological Associates
* Maintain accurate, timely, and legally compliant documentation
* Participate in case conferences and team meetings
*Qualifications*
*Required:*
* Active California Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
* Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
* *Bilingual English/Spanish required*
* Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
* Excellent clinical documentation and report-writing abilities
*Preferred:*
* Experience within the California Workers’ Compensation system
* Experience treating PTSD, chronic pain, or TBI populations
