Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled Securities Litigation Associate with a minimum of six years of experience handling complex disputes involving federal securities laws, shareholder claims, derivative actions, internal investigations, and regulatory matters. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys tackling sophisticated issues, and wants to play a key role in high‑stakes litigation for major companies, financial institutions, and executives. What We’re Looking For We are looking for an attorney who brings sound judgment, strong analytical ability, and a deep understanding of securities litigation strategy. The ideal candidate has handled matters involving the Securities Exchange Act, Securities Act claims, corporate governance disputes, and parallel SEC or DOJ inquiries. We value team players who take ownership of their matters, communicate clearly, and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Responsibilities We expect our associate to: Lead and support litigation strategy in complex securities matters, including class actions, derivative suits, and corporate governance disputes. Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other substantive filings in federal and state courts. Manage all phases of discovery, including document review, fact development, depositions, and expert coordination. Work closely with clients, experts, and internal teams to provide insight, risk assessment, and case strategy. Assist with internal investigations and respond to regulatory inquiries involving securities issues. Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing litigation team. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who bring: At least six years of experience focused on securities litigation or closely related complex commercial litigation. Strong familiarity with federal securities laws, SEC regulations, and FINRA‑related matters. Exceptional writing, research, and advocacy skills with demonstrated experience drafting substantive motions. Experience taking and defending depositions and preparing witnesses.
