Business Development Manager – Baires Dev
As a Business Development Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of high‑level Fellows—senior executives and industry leaders (CTOs). Your goal is to convert these elite partnerships into a consistent stream of Sales‑Qualified Leads (SQLs) through meticulous relationship building and process execution. This is your opportunity to work with C‑level executives, shape strategic partnerships, and directly impact revenue growth while building a network at the highest levels of the tech industry.
What You'll Do
Act as the dedicated point of contact for Fellows, ensuring they remain engaged, informed, and motivated.
Provide Fellows with the necessary training, collateral, and pitch support to make high‑quality introductions.
Manage lead goals through rigorous time management and data‑driven tracking, preparing regular reports on partner activity, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
Qualify opportunities and transition them into the sales pipeline.
Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, proposing and implementing changes to the Fellows program to increase efficiency and lead volume.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Business Development.
Experience with partnership programs.
Bachelor's degree.
US-based location.
