Responsibilities
Process auto dealership invoices and payments accurately
Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts
Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
Support month-end closing and financial reporting
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Auto dealership accounts payable experience
Reynolds/Ignite experience
Understanding of expenses, posting and year-end procedures
Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
Typing and ten key experience, with high accuracy and speed
Ability to multi‑task, follow up, and meet deadlines
Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to research variances
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Full‑Time Benefits
$20 - $28 per hour based on experience
