Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate, patient-focused *Dental Hygienist* to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team. This role offers the opportunity to educate patients, co-diagnose with the dentist, and help patients make informed decisions about their oral and overall health. We are open to both *full-time and part-time* candidates and are focused on finding the right fit for our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional patient care, treating every patient with warmth, respect, and professionalism
* Assess, co-diagnose, and treat periodontal disease
* Educate patients on oral health, systemic health connections, and preventive care
* Collaborate with the dentist to co-diagnose dental treatment
* Utilize intraoral cameras to support patient education and diagnosis
* Re-appoint patients chairside to support continuity of care
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
* Previous Hygiene expierience required
* Active Dental Hygiene license in the state of Ohio
* Strong commitment to continued learning and professional growth
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Computer literacy; experience with *Open Dental* is a plus
* Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
* Excellent communication and patient education skills
