*Dental Hygienist (Full-Time, Monday–Thursday) – Lakeside Dental Solutions, Rockwall*

*Schedule:* Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

*What You’ll Do*
* Deliver exceptional hygiene care with a proactive, patient-centered approach.
* Take *intraoral photos* and perform *digital scans* to support co-diagnosis with the doctor.
* Help patients understand their oral health and confidently move forward with recommended care.
* Identify and communicate treatment opportunities for *perio therapy*, *clear aligners*, and *implants*.
* Bring energy, organization, and accountability to each day — leading by example in how you show up and support the team.
*What We’re Looking For*
* A confident, outgoing professional who takes ownership and inspires trust.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for educating patients.
* Comfortable discussing and co-diagnosing perio, aligner, and implant cases.
* Experience with *Eaglesoft* preferred.
* Current *Texas RDH license* required.
