Responsibilities
Be part of the store’s management team as a Shift Supervisor.
Supervise store personnel, open the store and serve as the keyholder/supervisor on duty.
Train and coach store associates, greet and assist donors/customers, and address complaints or challenges from the team.
Help maintain the store’s overall appearance and cleanliness.
Participate in ongoing training and, as you progress, may be offered opportunities to transfer to other stores.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of experience in retail
Associates Degree or completion of related retail management coursework preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferences
Previous experience in retail, fast food or warehouse environments
Previous military or nonprofit experience
Bilingual language skills
