
Receptionist/Operations Admin Assistant

The Receptionist/Operations Admin Assistant is an organized, detail-oriented individual who manages calls, guests, and sales document maintenance for accuracy through professionalism to help maintain a consistent workflow to win customers for life.
Essential Functions
Answers and routes telephone calls for the entire company
Greets guests as they arrive, assists visitors as needed
Posts and scans pick and delivery copies of sales tickets using BC365 software
Maintains detailed paper ticket files for delivered sales orders
Maintains electronic document filing and reporting for First Run Reports and Job Safety Analysis Sheets
Qualifications Preferred
Knowledge
1-3 years of related experience in an administrative role, or related field
Comfortable with learning and using new technologies
Proficient experience with the Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel, Outlook, and Business Central
Internet research abilities
Interpersonal
A positive attitude and the ability to maintain professional, long-term co-worker, customer, vendor and business relationships

Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, simultaneous projects and conflicting deadlines
