Job Summary
We are seeking a Forklift Operator with LTL experience in Groveport, OH. 3rd shift 4/10's Wednesday‑Saturday 7pm‑5:30am. Weekend availability is required. Possible OT.

Work Requirements
Must be Forklift Certified (VALID OR INVALID)
This is a Safety Sensitive Role
Responsibilities
Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers to load and unload trucks
Material handling may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting, and other duties
Ensure timeliness, packaging, and systems work is completed accurately
Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks
Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast‑paced environment
Ensure a safe and secure work environment including all TSA and OSHA guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be Forklift Certified
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse experience preferred, 1 year
Ability to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink wrap material
Experience using an RF scan gun required
Prior forklift certifications preferred
Must be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends
Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions
Must be able to work well with others with little supervision
High attention to detail
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs unassisted
Must speak, read, and write in English
Physical Requirements
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods. Employees must frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, reach, bend, and lift objects above their head. Employees must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.

Pay Range
$22.00 per hour. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range. The company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
