Job Summary
First and foremost, your role as a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative is vital to the company's success. You are the first point of contact and make an impactful impression on our customers.

Responsibilities

Promptly answer incoming phone calls and schedule jobs in Service Titan dispatching software

Post completed work to QuickBooks Online

Caringly assist callers with their needs

Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other electronic communications

Accurately schedule service and repair appointments based on service area and scope of work

Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets

Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals

Assist customers in the showroom as needed

Assist with daily office operations

Qualifications

Computer and data entry proficiency

Previous call center/dispatch experience preferred

Working knowledge of ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Online

Friendly, outgoing, and service‑driven attitude
