Where You’ll Be Planted
This position will be on‑site at our Waterfall, PA location.
Key Responsibilities
Receive products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain and process purchase order receiving and reporting short, long, and misshipped merchandise.
Move products using pallet jack, forklifts, and other warehousing equipment.
Maintain efficient storage, data, and flow of materials for Production and Customer Deliveries.
Upkeep of the current inventory system and report any adjustments.
Perform weekly inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate data.
File claims when defective products are received or discovered.
Check date‑sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed.
Monitor delivery schedule and customer orders.
Pick and pack orders for shipments, verifying correct quantities per order.
Coordinate with customer service and logistics departments.
Perform process/system testing, track performance by area, and identify problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must meet all state and company requirements.
Warehousing experience is a plus.
HS Degree or GED required.
Ability to learn new tasks and follow directions.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Reliable, punctual, and consistent.
Cannabis knowledge or interest is a plus.
Salary
$16 - $16 an hour

Environmental Factors
This position requires working in an environment high in plant matter and pollen. Facility temperatures vary and humidity levels can be high. Employees may encounter dust, plant matter, and particles that affect respiratory, eye, or skin health. Protective gear is required, and optional eye and ear protection is available. Certain areas use harsh cleaning chemicals such as bleach and involve repetitive movements. Employees must be comfortable and capable of working under these conditions.
Physical Requirements
Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods.
Capable of using hands and fingers to touch, handle, feel, and pick.
Ability to work with hazardous chemicals (butane, propane, etc.) following strict safety guidelines.
Utilize chemicals such as bleach to clean and maintain facility/equipment.
Must wear PPE (clothing protection), close‑toed non‑slip shoes, and optional ear/eye protection.
Background check requirement.
