Primary Responsibilities

Operators have complete responsibility for their quality, production, waste, and machine workability/accountability.

Responsible to monitor, operate, and maintain two glass syringe forming machines.

Understand and operate inspection & testing equipment.

Responsible for identifying and correcting any dimensional defects and cosmetic defects according to current QC specifications, to insure good quality.

Maintain equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule.

Record accurate inspection data as required.

Responsible to contribute to the continuous improvement of the process.

Provide coaching and on the job training to peers as required, once signed off.

Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

Deliverables

High quality products produced per manufacturing documents.

Accurate documentation.

Qualifications And Requirements

Minimum Education: H.S, Diploma/GED

Minimum Experience: 5 years manufacturing experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED.

2 years mechanical/technical experience.

Use of measurement devices and quality records preferred.
