Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager – High Net Worth Individuals
Location: Bedford, NH

Your Role
As a Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager, you will be part of the management team, own client relationships, and focus on high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, and estates.
Responsibilities
Oversee individual income, trust, and estate income tax compliance and planning.
Review complex tax returns, including hedge fund/VC/PE K‑1s and international reporting.
Identify tax planning opportunities and analyze complex tax issues.
Mentor and develop staff while contributing to and leading firm‑wide initiatives.
Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring excellence in communication and delivery.
What We're Looking For
CPA or EA designation required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
8+ years of experience with high‑net‑worth individual taxation and trust/estate work.
Proactive, collaborative, and positive mindset.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
Hybrid work is available for the right candidate.
