*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant dental team. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional patient care by performing thorough dental cleanings, assessments, and education while supporting the overall health and well-being of our patients. *Performance Expectations:*
* Recognize periodontal disease based on radiographic and clinical findings.
* Provide patient education regarding the disease process and whole-body health.
* Provide patient education regarding caries and diet.
* Take diagnostic quality images to assist during patient education and diagnosis.
* Provide exceptional preventive care, including but not limited to: scaling, polishing, flossing, sealants and professionally applied fluoride.
* Perform Non-surgical Periodontal Therapy according to the AAP guidelines and office procedure.
* Administer local anesthetic to patients when necessary.
* Appoint return re-care visits.
