This facility is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: 7 on/7 off, 7p-7a, 7a-7p
Practice Setting: Inpatient, Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Type of cases and required procedures: Indirect Laryngoscopy Intubation, Insertion (Either Percutaneously or By Cut Down) and Management of Central Venous Catheters and Arterial Catheters, Moderate Sedation, Lumbar Puncture, Endotracheal Intubation and Extubation, Ventilator Management, Chest Tube Insertion, Tracheostomy care, Arterial Line Insertion and Removal (Radial and Femoral), CVC Line Placement, External Pacing
Credentialing timeframe: 30+ days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC/Dragon
Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Board Certified and Active State License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
