Shift Details:

• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Seeking coverage ASAP and ongoing
• Schedule Details:
  • Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Night Call: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM (general procedure call; frequency varies)
  • Weekend Call: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM (24-hour coverage)
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Looking for 3-4 weeks of coverage per month preferrably from one provider

Clinical Details:

• Case Mix: Must be able to read CT Neuro with a 12-hour turnaround time
• Procedures: Intussception reductions, emergent upper GI etc. & Neuro - CT reads
• Certifications Needed: Pediatric Radiology Fellowship required
• Trauma Level: Level 1

Licensing & Privileging:

• Willing to License: No - active Kentucky license required
