Where You'll Work

At our Banks Crossing facility, we are part of the Meat division where we create hundreds of different products for Kerry and our retail customers. Shift Hours

Day Shift hours 6AM - 6PM, 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule
What You'll Do

The Warehouse Operative plays an important role in ensuring Kerry’s warehouse operates with optimum precision and efficiency, helping to fulfill orders and prepare them for shipment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations
Help efficiently carry out all product loading and unloading tasks
Scan and track incoming and outgoing orders
Receive and process new inventory, ensuring contents match manifest documents
Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items
Unload, stack, move, and place products in designated areas
Move and transfer products between various sections of the warehouse as needed
Use forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, etc. to transfer and deliver goods
Perform specific manual inventory counts
Stack, shelve, and stage items for storage and shipments as necessary
Fulfill and track outgoing orders
Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment
Stage materials needed for production into Manufacturing orders
Create transfer packets needed for the transfer of material to Manufacturing Orders
What You'll Need to Be Successful and Safe

Qualifications required and desirable:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training
Able to work long hours on one’s feet and perform physically demanding tasks
Flexible with shift work and possible night hours
Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment
Dependable and responsible
Strong work ethic
Comfortable working independently
Making safety a priority
Compensation and Benefits

The typical hiring range for this role is $16.39 to $23.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.
In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
