Conversion Supervisor

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for newly acquired organizations, building strong client relationships.

Communicate project timelines, milestones, and expectations with clients, providing status updates and risk management.

Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to gather and validate payroll, tax, and benefits data.

Guide clients through the conversion process and set clear deliverable expectations.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation.

Assess project complexity for resource needs and adjust plans for timely completion.

Monitor project progress, implement corrective actions, and conduct post-project evaluations.

Become a subject matter expert on System Conversions processes and best practices.

Review legacy system configurations and map setups in PrismHR to ensure seamless migration.

Identify and resolve data or configuration gaps through root-cause analysis.

Lead innovation projects to improve conversion speed, efficiency, and quality.

Support team members in issue resolution and resource coordination.

Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and teamwork; provide performance feedback.

Collaborate with System Conversions Manager on resource assignments and priorities.

Ensure compliance and positive client experience supporting retention and satisfaction.

Conduct thorough data validation and reconciliation prior to go-live.

Document issues and resolutions maintaining transparency.

Regular attendance at the corporate office (Chandler, AZ or Duluth, GA) is required for team members located near these offices.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including crisis resolution.

Prior experience in client conversions/implementations within the HCM/PEO industry.

Proven project completion skills.

Conflict resolution skills for team and interdepartmental interactions.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business and regulatory environments.

Ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Effective delegation and strong emotional intelligence.

Clear communication of team vision and direction.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to integrity and continuous improvement.

Analytical skills for evaluating financial data and recommending improvements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education preferred.

2-4 years of payroll, benefits, and tax administration required.

2-3 years of leadership experience managing direct reports.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Prior experience in system conversion or implementation required.

Prism and HR Pyramid experience preferred.
