Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 11517 Shelbyville Rd. location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
Ensure high-quality food preparation and timely delivery
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Manage cash transactions and maintain financial records
Train and develop new team members
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Collaborate with the store manager to improve overall store performance
Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving
Effective time management and organizational skills
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and managing digital orders
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Food safety certification (Preferred)
Valid driver's license (Preferred)

A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
