
Network Technician (Server & Network Support)

Provide hands-on support for server and basic network issues, including troubleshooting, hardware replacement, and data center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot server issues with remote support teams
Replace faulty hardware and manage vendor returns
Perform firmware upgrades and basic server configuration (IP, access)
Support cabling, rack & stack, and connectivity validation
Assist network teams with optics, cables, and port issues
Conduct physical inspections and inventory checks
Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech in IT/Electronics or related field
2–5 years of server
etwork support experience
Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and data center operations
