This opportunity offers an established patient base, dependable operating room access, and the support of a collaborative orthopedic team that values efficiency and surgeon autonomy.
You'll build a hand-focused practice within a hospital-employed model designed for long-term sustainability. The role features a predictable weekday schedule, strong clinical and administrative support, and the flexibility to shape your career. Teaching opportunities are available but optional.
Opportunity Highlights
Practice exclusive orthopedic hand surgery aside from general departmental call
7-figure base compensation ($1,000,000+), plus signing bonus and relocation assistance
Established volumes with opportunity to increase productivity
Dedicated physician assistant and experienced clinical support staff
Join the UHS Orthopedic Center which includes nine physicians and 18 orthopedic APPs
Level II Trauma Center coverage with shared call rotation
Optional academic affiliation and teaching involvement
