Location: 1925 Stone Court, Mishawaka, IN 46545
Pay: $19.76/hr (up to $24.14 after training)
Shift Differential: 2nd Shift $0.60/hr, 3rd Shift $0.60/hr
Shifts: 2nd (M-F 2:54 pm‑11 pm) or 3rd (Sun‑Thur 10:54 pm‑7 am). Union facility; must be able to work 2nd or 3rd Shift. Overtime, weekend work, and various shifts expected after training.
Primary Duties
Safely perform tasks such as stacking product, conducting quality checks, material set‑up and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
What You Need To Succeed
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment, power hand tools, and follow specific directions.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with safety regulations.
Ability to read tape measures, basic math, and basic computer skills.
Physical ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend and kneel throughout the shift, and to work daily overtime, weekends and various shifts.
Strong commitment to safety.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery.
Desire to advance and grow within the organization.
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required; full training provided.
Military or technical school training preferred.
Previous paper or printing conversion experience a plus.
