Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Product Folders are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area. This position uses a performance-based incentive pay structure; the Product Folder must meet or exceed a production standard for folding product, with additional compensation incentive tied to exceeding these standards.
Responsibilities
Fold garment, linen, and bulk products manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
Count folded product and prepare bundled packages for delivery.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Qualifications & Skills
Authorized to work in the US.
18 years of age or older.
Adheres to attendance policy.
Willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
Willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
Physical Qualifications
Requires standing for most of the shift.
Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station.
