We are actively hiring experienced Electrical Field Service Technicians (Levels II–IV) to perform acceptance and maintenance testing on medium- and high-voltage power systems. This role supports critical infrastructure across utility, industrial, and data center environments.

Must-Have Qualifications

2–8+ years of hands‑on electrical power systems testing experience (level dependent)

Working knowledge of medium- and high-voltage equipment

Strong understanding of power distribution systems

Familiarity with NETA standards and NFPA 70E

Experience using electrical test equipment (Megger, Doble, Omicron, or similar)

Ability to interpret and clearly explain testing procedures and results

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

Valid driver’s license

Ability to successfully obtain the corresponding NETA certification within 6–12 months if not currently certified

Preferred Qualifications

Current NETA (II–IV) or NICET EPT (II–IV) certification

OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid

Experience with PowerDB or similar reporting software

Certification & Leveling

OR
NICET – Electrical Power Testing (EPT) Equivalent

NICET EPT II (NETA II equivalent)

NICET EPT III (NETA III equivalent)

NICET EPT IV (NETA IV equivalent)

Candidates without NETA certification may be considered if they have equivalent field experience and the ability to obtain NETA certification within a defined timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

Perform acceptance and maintenance testing of electrical power equipment

Test, troubleshoot, and commission medium- and high-voltage systems

Document and report test results with accuracy and clarity

Ensure compliance with applicable safety and industry standards

Support field projects across multiple client environments

Travel & Work Environment

Up to 50% travel (varies by project)

Overtime available based on project demands

Field-based work in industrial facilities, utilities, and data centers
