Overview
A NYC-based heavy civil contractor with
3+ active U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) awards
and a
24–36 month secured backlog
is hiring a
Senior Project Manager / Project Executive
to lead large-scale infrastructure programs.
This role owns
full project lifecycle delivery
across drainage, stormwater, and coastal resiliency projects ranging from
$50M to $300M+ .
Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end execution
of infrastructure projects valued at
$75M–$300M+
Manage
project budgets, schedules, and risk
across multi-phase programs
Direct
5–12 person teams
including engineers, project managers, and field staff
Oversee
preconstruction, procurement, execution, and closeout
Serve as primary point of contact for
federal/public clients (USACE focus)
Ensure alignment across
engineering, field operations, and subcontractors
Required Qualifications
10–20+ years
of experience in heavy civil construction
Background working with
federal or public clients (USACE preferred)
Proven ability to manage
budgets, schedules, and multi-discipline teams
Experience leading
full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout
Preferred Experience
Coastal resiliency or stormwater infrastructure expertise
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or large programs
Compensation
Base Salary:
Top of market (aligned to $150M–$300M project leadership scope)
Bonus:
Structured performance-based incentives
Signing Bonus:
Available at offer stage
Relocation:
Full relocation package for non-local candidates
