Materials and Fulfillment Coordinator, Kohler Original Recipe Chocolates

This position will primarily focus on operational and administrative responsibilities related to the order fulfillment for clients, retailers and vendors for the Kohler Original Recipe Chocolates (KORC) business.
Responsibilities
Primary processor for client orders from initial order to daily closeout and reconciliation.
Operate as central point of Customer Service for all KORC orders.
Assist in the development of new process flow efficiencies and provide guidance and oversight to team members on the proper usage of process workflow production principles.
Assist with the budget management for supply orders and associated production costs.
Maintain the FlexiBake system for inventory, sales and overall start to finish processes.
Oversee the inventory control processes, define and manage inventory levels and proactively place orders accordingly to manage on hand product or supplies.
Assist in the development of staff abilities through feedback and training opportunities.
Be a Brand Ambassador for the KORC business.
Drive continuous improvement through the sharing of ideas on better order or different methodologies to enhance production capacity.
Act as a change agent for business fluctuations with an expanding business.
This is a full-time position working weekdays between 6:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Skills & Requirements
Associate’s degree preferred.
Ability to work independently and with minimal direction/supervision.
3-5 years of project, production, operational, and administrative management experience.
Previous experience leading and developing a team.
Computer knowledge.
Strong organizational and communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to deal with customers in a professional and mature manner.
Enthusiastic, highly motivated, self‑disciplined and well‑organized, strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, squat, kneel on a regular basis.
The ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift and to lift up to 50 pounds as well as the ability to reach, lift, squat, kneel and bend with or without minimal accommodations.

The hourly range for this position is $23.45 - $35.15. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
