Summary The Business Development Analyst will support the integrity, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's core KPI reporting used to analyze performance and provide actionable business insights for our healthcare services company. The ideal candidate will make highly impactful contributions by enabling data-driven decision-making, building and maintaining enterprise KPIs through executive dashboards, and delivering advanced and ad hoc analytics.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Analyze financial datasets to evaluate investment performance and ROI across business initiatives
Build and maintain forecasting models to project revenue, costs, and financial outcomes
Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Support financial planning processes through scenario modeling and trend analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting
Utilize existing data structures and tools to drive insights rather than designing new data systems
Qualifications 1+ years of experience in investment banking or closely related financial analyst role
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
Demonstrated ability to assess ROI and interpret financial performance metrics
Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario analysis, data manipulation)
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Education And/Or Experience Minimum Required: B.S. or B.A. in Finance or Accounting
Systems And Technology Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel (VBA, Power Query, complex nested formulas)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets a plus
Location This position is located in St Louis, Missouri and offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates living in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, N. Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia may also be considered for remote work.
