Job Description:

Oversees daily operations of the practice to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Manages clerical and clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develops and motivates staff to achieve organizational goals and maintain high standards of care. Ensures timely and accurate data entry and information posting. Implements and monitors end-of-day balancing protocols. Orders and maintains inventory of medical and office supplies. Assists in assessing operations and implementing changes to meet short and long-term goals. Coordinates patient flow and scheduling to optimize practice efficiency. Communicates effectively with patients, staff, and other departments. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Monitors budgetary responsibilities and financial performance. Addresses and resolves operational issues promptly. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems. [Required]

Knowledge of clinic office procedures, computer system and applications. [Required]

Knowledge of medical practices, terminology and reimbursement policies. [Required]

Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and sentence structure to answer correspondence and prepare reports. [Required]

Ability to handle to a multitude of tasks simultaneously. [Required]

Skill in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising. [Required]

Skill in evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures, identifying problems, researching and recommending resolutions. [Required]

1+ working in medical practice environment [Required]
