Family Medicine Physician

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00.
- Patients Per Day: 22
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Scope: Primary Care. Must see all ages
- State Licensure: Active Michigan State License, Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
- Must be Board Certified.
- Responsibility for Mid-Levels: Yes, 2-4
- Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Weeks
