A well-established health system on California's Central Coast is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Endocrinology team in a 100% outpatient setting.

This is a highly supported role offering strong compensation, a collaborative team, and an excellent work-life balance.

Highlights

$158,000 - $193,000 + productivity

Monday-Friday, 8-5 No call

Outpatient only - adults (18+)

Established, team-based practice

Team Structure

2 Endocrinologists (adding a 3rd)

5 APPs + 3 CDCES

Pediatric Endocrinology partnership with UCSF Pediatric Endocrinology

Dedicated Social Worker

Role

Manage endocrine and diabetes care in an outpatient setting

Collaborate with physicians and diabetes educators

Focus on follow-ups, treatment plans, and care coordination

Qualifications

NP

Spanish required

Open to new grads or experienced providers

Strong clinical and communication skills
