Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role as a Die Cast Process Engineer located at our New Hampton, IA facility. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing die casting processes and control systems, analyzing production data to enhance efficiency, and implementing best practices in process engineering to improve product quality. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address technical challenges, perform root cause analysis, and oversee process control measures to maintain high manufacturing standards.
Qualifications
Expertise in Process Design and Process Engineering for die casting or related manufacturing
Strong skills in Process Control and implementing quality assurance protocols
Advanced Analytical Skills to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes
Background in Chemical Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in collaborative problem solving and cross‑functional teamwork
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience in automotive, agricultural, or industrial equipment industries is a plus
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
