Role focus

Be the technologist who keeps our mobile RO, UF, and GTM systems performing at their peak. You’ll drive maintenance, testing, and documentation that ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations for customers worldwide, working closely with the Membrane Supervisor and Production Manager.
What you will do

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues across valves, piping, air compressors, dosing pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
Own ISO-compliant QC records from kickoff through completion.
Run analytical testing - chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, conductivity, rejections, recoveries, and log, report, and resolve out-of-tolerance results.
Stage parts for project startups; receive and route returning equipment back to inventory.
Execute membrane cleaning procedures and perform media sluicing.
Support site maintenance/electrical initiatives when needed.
Champion on-time readiness and continuous improvement to elevate customer outcomes while meeting cycle-time goals.
What you bring

Strong communicator with mechanical aptitude and diagnostics savvy.
Skill in operating and optimizing process equipment.
Dedication to VPP-level Health & Safety and strict ISO quality procedures.
Computer literacy and disciplined time management.
Baseline qualifications

High School Diploma, G.E.D., Home School Certification, or international equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with hand/power tools.
Preferred profile

2+ years in industrial/refinery/water treatment/chemical plant environments.
Mechanical and electrical/instrumentation background.
Forklift experience; basic PLC knowledge; PVC pipe fitting skills.

Work environment

Hands-on role with lifting and climbing.
Regular interaction with water treatment chemicals using appropriate PPE.
Emergency on-call rotation.
Rotating shifts including nights, days, and holidays.
Pay and perks

Hourly range: $24.00-$26.50, with final pay reflecting experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
