Qualifications

Possess solid written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, iManage, and Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Significant e-discovery experience and technical proficiency with e-discovery platforms, including Relativity and DISCO.
Ability to coordinate data collection, database set-up, document review and productions, and prepare privilege logs.
Ability to index/organize large volumes of documents, to prepare and organize trial and deposition exhibits, and manage a case file.
Proficiency with PACER and other e-filing and docketing systems.
Familiarity with Westlaw and other legal research tools; capable of performing basic cite checking and locating and organizing relevant legal authority.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Ability to multi-task, "think outside the box," and to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience with trial presentation technology preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal within a legal environment.
BS/BA degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Proficiency with e-filing and litigation support applications.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assists attorneys in all stages of litigation.
Oversees the organization and maintenance of case files.
Coordinates document retrieval, review, organization and production.
Assists with trial preparations, identifies and organizes exhibits, coordinates witness schedules and maintains trial calendars.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities upon request.
