
HVAC Field Operations Quote Support Specialist

Are you a detail‑oriented professional with a knack for operational efficiency? We are looking for dedicated Quote Support Specialists to join our HVAC Service operations. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between field technicians and customers, ensuring that service quotes are processed, polished, and delivered with precision.
You will manage the lifecycle of Labor & Material (L&M) quotes within our internal service management platform, helping drive the speed and reliability of our national service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Quote Management: Proactively monitor technician‑generated quotes within the service platform to ensure timely completion and delivery to customers.
Field Collaboration: Work closely with regional field teams to resolve quote‑related issues, clarify details, and improve overall turnaround times.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of quote statuses and outcomes to ensure operational transparency.
Process Oversight: Identify and elevate bottlenecks to keep the quoting pipeline efficient and accurate.

Software Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Word, and Teams) are required.

Problem‑Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.

We are looking to fill nine (9) positions distributed across the country to ensure full‑day coverage. We are specifically seeking:
2 Specialists located in the Northeast
2 Specialists located in the South Atlantic
3 Specialists located in the Central region
2 Specialists located in the Pacific Southwest
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM. Education: High School.
