Job Title: Production Helper
Location: McCook NE
Pay Range: $17.27 to $18.52/hr with Shift Differential of $1.25/hr
Responsibilities
Weigh gram bags for compound batches with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist in producing rubber compounds for hose extrusion
Operate equipment such as mixers, mills, or compound machinery (based on assigned area)
Unload bulk raw materials from tanks, railcars, and trucks
Perform forklift operations as needed to support material flow
Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills
Manufacturing experience preferred
Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving ability
Good math, reading, and writing skills with strong retention abilities
Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Benefits

Shifts:
1st shift: 7 – 3pm
2nd shift: 3pm – 11pm
3rd shift: 11pm – 7am
