Pay:
Our compensation structure is based on a pay‑for‑performance model. Average pay is $52 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Shift:
2‑3‑2 Continental Night Shift (7 p‑7 a).
Basic Job Functions
The Electrician works closely with Maintenance and Production teams and may be reassigned within the department based on needs. Primary duties include:
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, upgrade, installation, and commissioning of plant equipment.
Assist with process improvement projects and provide technical service and support for operations.
Work with motors, digital and analog electronics, schematics, print reading, control circuits, AC/DC theory, electrical maintenance, PLCs, test instruments, power supplies, and power distribution.
Use CMMS to complete work orders, research parts, and schedule maintenance work.
Lead and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
Two‑year electrical technical degree or 3‑5 years of electrical technical experience.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and scheduled and unscheduled overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Four‑year technical degree.
Clear demonstration of electrical technical ability.
Extensive experience with AC & DC motors and drives.
Knowledge of power systems maintenance.
Experience in PLC systems building, programming, and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Other Requirements
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
