Job Description
The Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting receiving inspections of manufactured goods supplied by external vendors. This role involves visual inspections using microscopes, micrometers, calipers, as well as utilizing Microvues and CMMs to ensure product quality. Working with travelers and conformance reports, the Inspector will document findings in Smartsheet and Excel. Should the inspection meet specifications, the units are released for storage and future production use. A key focus is inspecting PCBAs to ensure solder joints meet requirements, wires are not crimped or loose, and boards are undamaged. The role also involves validating boards against prints and conformance details. Additionally, the Inspector will support or lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance of systems or processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
Conduct receiving inspections of manufactured goods using visual inspection and measurement tools such as microscopes, micrometers, and calipers.
Utilize Microvues and CMMs to ensure quality standards are met.
Work with travelers and conformance reports to complete material inspections.
Document inspection findings in Smartsheet and Excel.
Release units into storage if inspection meets specifications.
Focus on inspection of PCBAs, ensuring solder joints meet requirements and boards are undamaged.
Validate received boards against prints and conformance details.
Support or lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system and process compliance.
Work Environment
This role is based on the production floor, specifically in Phase 5/Commercial builds. The position operates on the 1st shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime of approximately 10 hours per week. Medical Assembler - Pay Upto $23/hr - Great Opportunity For Growth!

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
