Job Title
Associate Manufacturing Specialist
Overview
Join our dynamic production team as an Associate Manufacturing Specialist, where you\'ll support development, clinical, and launch activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You\'ll perform operations in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to a high-volume team focused on safety, quality, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Perform hands-on operations, including set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of manufacturing equipment.
Prepare buffers and media according to manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.
Follow GMP documents, SOPs, and MPs with strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Perform and monitor critical processes with basic troubleshooting abilities.
Conduct in-process sampling of equipment and operate analytical equipment.
Execute washroom activities, cleaning both small and large scale production equipment.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
Work in a clean room environment with appropriate attire, including steel toe shoes, gowning, hairnet, and gloves.
Initiate quality deviation reports and draft and revise documentation, including SOPs and MPs.
Identify, recommend, and implement improvements for routine functions.
Assist in reviewing documentation for assigned functions, equipment logs, and batch records.
Perform rigorous, repetitive work and work around high-pressure systems and heavy equipment.
Work various shifts, including days, swings, graves, weekends, and holidays as per the production schedule.
Collaborate in teams to complete operational tasks.
Take direction well and adhere to documents and policies at all times.
Take initiative and create a positive work environment through team interactions.
Regularly lift up to 35lbs and push or pull objects requiring up to 50lbs of force.
Perform physical movements such as bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and standing on portable stairs or ladders up to 6 feet off the ground.
Essential Skills
Technical skills and aptitude with the ability to learn and use complex computer and equipment systems.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, rapidly-changing environment.
Focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with 2 years of work experience, or an Associate\'s degree with 6 months of work experience, or a Bachelor\'s degree.
Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced and hands-on, with a significant amount of time spent moving around. The training schedule for the first 4–8 weeks will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work involves wearing appropriate cleanroom attire and may require working various shifts as dictated by the production schedule.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
