Ensure Exceptional Quality:
Partner with the Quality Assurance team to monitor product standards. Investigate root causes of defects and implement corrective actions immediately.
Optimize Processes (Continuous Improvement):
Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and streamline production processes.
Manage Resources:
Track inventory levels, coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize downtime, and ensure your team has the tools and materials needed to succeed.
Administrative Excellence:
Maintain accurate records of production data, employee timekeeping, performance reviews, and incident reports.
What You Bring to the Team (Qualifications)
Experience:
3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 1–2 years in a direct leadership or supervisory role.
