Machine Maintenance Technician (Experienced)

LaVergne, TN (Onsite)
Shifts Available
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM — 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM — 7:00 AM
$34/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Maintain and repair CNC and production equipment
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) using a maintenance system (SAP or similar)
Support continuous production by ensuring equipment reliability
Communicate with operators and supervisors to resolve issues quickly
Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
Technical training or degree is a plus (not required)
Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment (required)
Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with maintenance systems (SAP or similar) is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Clean, climate‑controlled manufacturing environment
Required PPE: safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, gloves as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 33 lbs
