Provide mobile, in-home care to patients in your local area. Offer a more personalized and impactful care experience than traditional clinical environments. Help patients get out of chronic pain without drugs, surgery, or invasive procedures.

This is not a traditional “clock-in/clock-out” job—this is an opportunity to operate with autonomy, while being supported by a structured clinical and operational system.

Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

What You’ll Do
• Provide Neurofunctional Pain Management treatments in an in-home setting
• Perform electroanalgesia therapy at each visit
• Administer IV therapy when needed (if within your scope and applicable)
• Incorporate basic health coaching during sessions
• Communicate with patients and assist with onboarding into care
• Build relationships with referring providers over time
• Manage your own schedule and patient flow

Compensation
• Average $120–$160 average per one-hour treatment session (varies by state)
• Typical patient completes a 16-visit treatment cycle
• Part-time (approx. 6 patients): ~$7,000+/month
• Full-time (approx. 12 patients): ~$14,000+/month

Income is directly tied to your level of engagement, consistency, and growth in your area.

Marketing & Patient Flow

RELATYV provides:
• Initial patient marketing lead generation
• Systems to support patient onboarding
• Physician referral marketing and training to build referral relationships

You will play an active role in finding, converting and maintaining patients, as this is a relationship-driven, independent operator model.

Equipment & Supplies
• The service requires use of a med device called a Neuromed PMT. As a Relatyv program partner, ERG offers practitioners a low cost, low barrier to entry equipment loaner program. We buy/own the device and loan it you, taking the risk and responsibility of ownership out of your hands. With this option, a career change becomes an easy choice.
• Consumable supplies are purchased by the provider as needed
• Access to established vendor accounts is included

Note: Practitioners brought on by ERG get the long term benefit of ongoing bi-weekly business support, including sales and general business coordination.

Qualifications

1+ years experience plus active license as: NP, RN, LPN, LVN, Paramedic, or EMT
Must have your own reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver’s license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a mobile to in-home setting
Self motivated and well organized
Willingness to engage with patients and providers
Socially comfortable with ability to sell yourself and your services
