POSITION SUMMARY
The
Client Experience Representative
at
Frontier Justice
is a dynamic, client-facing role responsible for delivering an exceptional, safe, and engaging experience for all visitors to our store, shooting range, and retail floor. This team member serves as the primary point of contact for clients—from check-in to the sales floor—and is instrumental in promoting responsible firearm use, safety education, and a welcoming environment. With a blend of hospitality, sales knowledge, and regulatory awareness, the Client Experience Representative supports the mission of Frontier Justice by ensuring every client interaction upholds our brand values of faith, family, and freedom.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer Experience & Sales Support
Greet clients professionally and warmly upon entry and throughout their visit.
Educate clients on range procedures, safety protocols, training opportunities, membership benefits, and available products.
Assist clients with range check-in, gear rentals, and provide guidance on firearms and ammunition selections based on experience level.
Build and maintain client relationships through informed recommendations, solution-focused selling, and exceptional service.
Promote and sell Frontier Justice services and products, including memberships, training courses, and retail merchandise.
Safety, Compliance & Range Operations
Ensure clients fully understand and comply with all safety rules, range procedures, and facility policies.
Verify client documentation and waivers; ensure accurate completion of the 4473 and other compliance forms.
Communicate with Range Safety Officers to coordinate lane assignments, special needs, and client concerns.
Maintain a visible presence to ensure safe conduct and escalate safety concerns promptly.
Retail & Administrative Duties
Process transactions for range use, rentals, memberships, and retail sales using the POS system accurately.
Maintain organized and stocked check-in and sales areas, including eye/ear protection and waiver stations.
Participate in daily opening/closing tasks and contribute to loss prevention through inventory care and attention to suspicious activity.
Maintain thorough records for check-ins, sales, and compliance documentation.
Team Collaboration
Work in tandem with Range Safety Officers, and Instructors to deliver a seamless client journey.
Attend team briefings, ongoing training sessions, and safety drills to stay informed and aligned with store goals.
Assist in training new team members as needed and provide peer support.
Requirements
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
21 years of age or older
Comfortable working around firearms with a strong commitment to enforcing safety practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain composed and courteous in a high-traffic, high-responsibility environment
Willingness to work non-traditional hours (evenings/weekends/holidays)
Preferred:
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or firearms sales
Familiarity with federal and state firearm laws and regulations
Experience with 4473 forms and firearms compliance procedures
Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and range operations
Previous Range Safety Officer certification or experience a plus
